A Family ID is a group ID which is generated in the future linking all the members of the Family. You will be informed when the ID is available for use.
The family relation which will be eligible to be enrolled for the family ID are Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Husband, Wife, Father In Law, Mother I Law, Son I Law, Daughter In Law only.

Yes, sure. It’s possible to have your reports sent to you over the phone through Whatsapp or email.

The payment can be made through Paytm wallet like debit card, credit card, Net banking & from your saved UPI Accounts.
The refund will be processed through net banking which will take 7 to 10 working days as per the standard procedure.
